Nigel Charig is among the respected names in the field of training and education in New South Wales. As the CEO of Table Matters Catering, Nigel brings his 35 years of experience in theoretical and practical training to ensure every team member follows the same values and practices in their roles.

At Table Matters, we have extensive experience in all facets of catering and our experience in the catering business spans more than 15 years. With 3 venues in our portfolio, Table Matters is poised for more growth this year.
